Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment is designed to help us to learn more about you and see if DCG is a good fit for you. Each step exists for a reason so you have the best odds of success.

Our application process is based on a point system to ensure fairness, diversity, and equity.

  • Resume Review (3 points)

  • Application Questions (5 points)

  • Information Session & Casing Workshop Attendance (point values vary)

This point system allows our recruitment team to be “blind” and remove potential unconscious bias. We’ve worked hard to ensure this recruitment is equitable and inclusive, and if you are wondering if DCG is right for you, we can almost guarantee it is.
