Our Process
At DCG we work with clients over a 7 to 12 week period to generate actionable recommendations leading to invaluable, long-lasting impacts. Each project is staffed to a team which typically consists of one Engagement Manager, 2 Senior Consultants, and 3 Junior Consultants. During each engagement project, we strive to continuously engage with our clients to ensure that the project evolves and adapts according to their own specific needs.
