Our Engagement Process
Each academic quarter, DCG undertakes several client engagement projects. DCG teams work with clients on a 8 to 10 week long term, and each client is assigned a dedicated group consisting of:
1 Project Manager
4-5 Consultants
1-2 Project Adviser(s)
Clients communicate with Project Managers on a weekly basis to ensure the project’s progress. Meetings occur throughout the engagement as necessary, following an initial scoping meeting. Final deliverables and recommendations will be presented at the end of the engagement.
